ted Returns Policy
Any issues or concerns with a product or the delivery of an order MUST be logged with us within 30 days of placing an order to be eligible for a return or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Products must be returned using the same channel through which they were purchased. You can only return products bought online via the Seaside Squad online shop returns process. For queries regarding a purchase made on a Haven holiday park please contact the park where you made the purchase.
The following applies to all returns:
• A valid proof of purchase.
• Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, free of stains and signs of wear, and suitable for resale
• Item(s) must be in its original packaging, all tags still attached.
• All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
HOW TO RETURN
Please log your return on our ‘Returns’ page, you will be asked to pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging, taking care not to damage the product and post to The Experience Department UK Ltd warehouse. You will be asked to enclose your original packing slip, which will help to ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.
You'll need to pay the postage costs to return your parcel and it is recommended that you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on its way back to us. If you have any enquiries about returning your item(s), you can email seasidesquad@tedgroup.com
EXCHANGES
• We do not offer exchanges.
REFUNDS
• We'll refund your item via your original payment method.
• We try our best to process all refunds within 24 hours of receipt, however during busy periods allow 7 working days for your refund.
• When we've completed your refund, we'll send you an email to let you know.
• We do not refund original or return postage costs if you have changed your mind.
• We will (where applicable) refund original postage costs if there is a fault found with an item.
• Any refunds will be made after goods have been received and inspected.
PROMOTION ITEMS
If you have purchased from our 2 for £16 promotion:
• Items in the category will not be eligible for this BOGO promotion once sold out.
• The 2 for £16 promotion can be applied on any number of items if they are purchased in pairs; discount will be applied at checkout on the items in the same transaction, this is not valid on previous purchases.
• The 2 for £16 promotion is not valid with any other promo, offer or discount.
• We reserve the right to cancel or change the 2 for £16 promotion at any point, without prior notice.
• Looking to return an item purchased from our 2 for £16 promotion? If only one item is returned, you will receive a refund to the value of the lower qualifying item (£6) that was returned
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• Photographic evidence (a refund cannot be given without this)
• Details of the fault and any other useful details
• You can expect to receive a response within 72 hours of receipt of your email, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer
• Your statutory rights are not affected
Any claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery.
If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence, and send it straight to customer service team at seasidesquad@tedgroup.com so that we can investigate.
MISSING DELIVERIES
If your parcel has not arrived, please email seasidesquad@tedgroup.com with your order number and details of what is missing
