These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the seasonal promotion ("Promotion") offered by The Experience Department ("Company") on its e-commerce site. By participating in the Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. 

1. Eligibility:

 The Promotion is open to all customers who make a
purchase on the Company's e-commerce site during the specified promotional
period.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members
of the Company are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:

 The Free Delivery £25 and Over Promotion will begin
on 27/11/2023 at 09:30am and end on 22/12/2023 at 17:00pm.

3. Discounts and Offers:

 During the Promotion Period, eligible customers
will receive Free delivery on all orders £25 and over*.

The offer will be automatically applied at
checkout.

Additional promotions, discounts, or offers cannot
be combined with the Black Friday Promotion.

*The last date to place your order for standard delivery to home prior to Christmas is Monday 18th December 

**The last date to place your order for express delivery to home prior to Christmas is Friday 22nd December  

4. Exclusions:

 Certain products/services may be excluded from the
Free Delivery. Details of exclusions will be provided on the Company's website.

The offer is not applicable to Express/Next day
delivery.

The offer is not applicable to previous purchases.

The offer does not include E-Gift Cards.

5. Order Limitations:  

The Company reserves the right to limit the
quantity of products/services eligible for this offer per customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges:  

Products purchased during the Free Delivery offer
are subject to the Company's standard return and exchange policy.

If a
customer returns a product that was part of the Black Friday Promotion, the
refund will be for the discounted price paid.

7. Website Use: 

Users must comply with the Company's website terms
of use while participating in the Promotion/Offer.

The Company is not responsible for technical
malfunctions or errors affecting participation in the Promotion.

8. Termination:

 The Company reserves the right to terminate or
modify the Promotion/Offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law:

 These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
